okay. I AM SICK OF FEELING LIKE A WHALE.
so i ran 4k and then did day 3 of the 30 day shred.
and if ANYONE has suggestions on how to cut down bloating, tell me. because it wont go down.
Clean Eating Cookie Dough
- 1/2 c quick cooking oats
- 1/4 c natural peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 squares of dark chocolate (we use one square of Lindt 85% cocoa & one square of 90% cocoa)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 c egg whites (make sure you use the 100% egg whites, pasteurized)
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
- 2. Place wax paper on a plate & add cookie dough (you can shape however you would like).
- 3. This is the hard part…put them in the freezer for at least an hour. I have found that after 2 hours they taste the best!
Things not to say to me while I’m eating:
- That’s a lot of food
- That’s not enough food
- You’re going to eat all of that???!??
- That looks gross
- That’s not healthy
- That looks healthy
- That’s disgusting
- Why are you eating that?
- I’m glad you’re eating more
In case you didn’t understand, DON’T MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT MY EATING/FOOD/INTAKE WHETHER IT BE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE I DON’T WANT TO HEAR IT.
Like me eat in silence god damnit.
its the comments like these that almost sent me into an eating disorder on multiple occasions. commentary on how other people eat HURTS.
4k run today… its that time of month and im feeling like a whale! its not that great :( but the run felt good for the most part.
